Founded in 1968, the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) serves as a trusted resource for professionals managing the business aspects of radiology. Project
Future Solutions partnered with RBMA to develop a series of interactive multimedia CD-ROM presentations for the 2006 and 2007 Fall Educational Conferences. Each presentation featured an engaging interface providing access to “About RBMA” information, comprehensive Session Handouts with viewable PDFs for each day’s sessions, and a section showcasing Upcoming RBMA Events. A notable feature was the advanced search tool, allowing attendees to quickly locate and review content within the conference materials. Additionally, Future Solutions designed a companion presentation for the Imaging Center Policy Procedure Manual, which provided a structured, menu-driven system to navigate and view various policy and procedural PDFs.

Outcome
These interactive tools enhanced the conference experience by centralizing educational content in an intuitive digital format. Attendees could easily access and search materials before, during, and after the events, reinforcing RBMA’s commitment to professional development and innovation in radiology business management.
