Harmony in Health Care develops and distributes comprehensive health education resources in multiple languages. Its programs cover a wide range of wellness topics such as diabetes management, tobacco cessation, cancer prevention, heart and mental health awareness, and both men’s and women’s health. Materials are created to support educators, health practitioners, and community programs with tools that promote engagement and understanding across diverse audiences.

Project

Future Solutions collaborated with Harmony in Health Care to design and produce an interactive multimedia CD-ROM presentation. The interface allowed users to easily navigate through topic-specific sections containing viewable PDFs for General Information, Diabetes, Tobacco Cessation, Cancer Information, Heart Health, Mental Health, Men’s Health, and Women’s Health. The presentation also included a Harmony in Health Pocket Guide and a Harmony in Health Care Resource Guide, offering quick reference tools for health professionals and community advocates.

Outcome

The resulting interactive platform simplified access to multilingual health education materials, enhancing outreach efforts and supporting Harmony in Health Care’s mission to make vital health information universally accessible. The CD-ROM became an effective tool for community educators, clinics, and outreach programs, helping improve public awareness and health literacy across multiple populations.
