Over the decades, the event has evolved beyond racing into a full-scale festival featuring concerts, family attractions, and hospitality events — drawing hundreds of thousands of visitors annually. The 35th Annual Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach celebrated the legacy of speed, innovation, and community spirit that defines the event.

The Association’s mission is to deliver an unforgettable motorsports experience that highlights excellence in racing while contributing to the economic and cultural vitality of Long Beach. Through precision planning, top-tier partnerships, and a commitment to entertainment value, the Grand Prix continues to inspire fans and strengthen community pride.
Services
The Grand Prix Association oversees the complete management and production of the annual Toyota Grand Prix event, including race coordination, sponsor partnerships, hospitality operations, media relations, and promotional programs. Their efforts support a diverse range of racing series, from IndyCar and American Le Mans to Pro/Celebrity races and exhibition events.
Project
Future Solutions partnered with the Grand Prix Association to produce an interactive multi-media CD-ROM commemorating the 35th Annual Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach. The presentation integrated a user-friendly interface featuring detailed sections for various races — including the IndyCar Series, Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race, Firestone Indy Lights, Team Drifting, and Tequila Patrón American Le Mans Series. The experience also provided media professionals and sponsors with a centralized resource, including a Media Welcome Letter, Sponsor and Committee details, Long Beach visitor information, and a comprehensive photo gallery and Media Guide.
Outcome
The interactive CD-ROM became an essential tool for event promotion and media distribution, enhancing access to information and reinforcing the professional image of the Grand Prix Association. By combining multimedia design and organized digital content, Future Solutions helped deliver a dynamic, informative, and engaging presentation that reflected the energy and prestige of the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach.
